Job Description:

  • Perform all-rounded HR functions, i.e. Recruitment, attendance records, leave record, payroll management, handling employer's return, medical claims, updating personnel data
  • Prepare regular HR reports for management review
  • Assist in implementation of office policies and procedures
  • Provide general office administration support, i.e. Office supplies and maintenance service
  • Provide support in ad-hoc projects and assignments
  • Act as Receptionist backup when required
  • Bank Holiday

Working Hour
  • 5.5 days per week (Alternative Saturday)
  • Mon – Fri : 0900 – 1800
  • Sat  : 0900 – 1300

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Related experience working in administration related field
  • Strong sense of responsibility, independent, proactive, detail-minded and well-organized,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills is a must
  • Good command of spoken and written in Cantonese and English
  • Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, Chinese WP, PowerPoint and other software skill
  • Willing to learn and be able to work under pressure
  • Immediately available preferred
