Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform reception duties including answering telephone calls, client greeting, courier delivery, mailing and meeting rooms reservation
  • Provide general clerical and office administrative works
  • Handle stationery, office and pantry supplies ordering and inventory control
  • Provide support in ad hoc projects as assigned
