Job Description:

Position:  Helpdesk Support Engineer
 
Job Nature:
- Provide direct end-user support on PC Software & Hardware issues
- Provide workstation installation and software deployment, upgrade and troubleshooting
- Provide installation and configuration of hardware devices
- Provide support to network, desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals
- To isolate IT related problem and escalate to the next level support when required
- Respond to, prioritize, escalate as well as resolve variety of IT related issues
- Provide escalation coordination
- Assist in implementation of IT solution, project and subsequent operation support

Job Requirements:

Requirements:
- Diploma in IT, Computer Science or equivalent
- Good Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office and network setup and troubleshooting
- Practical experience in IT helpdesk support in office or warehouse environment will be an advantage
- Highly responsible, able to work independently and liaise with users at different levels effectively
- Strong analytical and problems solving skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Good command of written and verbal English, Cantonese and Mandarin
