The Marketing Executive role is a marketing centric role that will suit a very commercially minded individual.  As an integral part of the marketing team, candidates will be required to work with the Group’s advisory team to support the development and execution of individual (and Group) business plans and enhance both internal and external communications.

The main duties are detailed below:

• Support Partners in preparing for individual activities and agree budgets in advance
• Identify marketing initiative opportunities and negotiate terms and conditions for promotion activities
• Plan, promote and organise corporate events, such as investment seminars. Produce and distribute event invitations, provide regular updates and follow-up approach to Partners
• Build and generate CRM reports to track success and analyse outcomes. Provide monthly reports for Senior Management and determine how ROI can be improved
• Design marketing collaterals such as adverts, editorials, event invitations
• Ensure all marketing communications are adhering to brand guidelines and compliant with regulation
• Manage production and delivery of local Marketing Materials and Product Literature – coordinate with UK and local printers
• Plan and organise internal events. Keep all members of staff updated and conduct post-event follow up
• Take all reasonable steps to ensure brand standards are upheld at all times
• Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Company core values
• Building and generating CRM reports to track campaign success, analyse event outcomes, report statistics and look to see how and where return on investment can be improved
• Responsible for the design, creation and distribution of marketing materials
• Support with the design, print and delivery of marketing materials and branded collaterals
• General support where required for the Marketing department and Hong Kong location
• Working collaboratively with the rest of the marketing team including regional Marketing Managers
 

Job Requirements:

• Educational degree
• 2 years proven experience in marketing
• Hands on experience in event management
• Working knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Excellent organisation and communication skills - fluent spoken and written English required.
• Excellent IT knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Windows platforms
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Positive working attitude with strong analytical and excellent problem solving skills
• Able to deal with pressure of a heavy workload
• Flexible and open to change and new information; adapts behaviour and work methods accordingly
