Assistant Accountant
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares Journals for Expense Reports and Accruals
- Issuing Cheques, Update Bank Books and Prepare Reconciliation Statements
- Posts Journals, Receipt & Payment Vouchers into BPCS
- Responsible for Fixed Assets Physical Inventory Count and Updates FA Registers
- Prepares AP/AR Aging & Accounts Breakdown
- Prepares data for Monthly/Yearly Schedules and Adhoc Reports
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· F.7 or above, LCCI accounting or related discipline
· 3 years’ relevant experience in accounting
· Ability to work independently; attention to details with high level of accuracy
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Familiar with MS Office application, Word, Excel
· Proficiency in AS 400 will be advantage
· Good command of English and Mandarin
