We have no obligation in bearing any responsibility of the possible losses caused by misuse or misunderstanding.


Everything on is provided to you "as is" and "as available" without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of availability, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, security, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 


Please note that some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. User specifically acknowledges that JobFinder is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other users or third-parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with user.


In addition to the terms set forth above neither JobFinder nor its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, attorneys, accountants, consultants, advisors, and partners shall be liable regardless of the cause or duration, for any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or other defects in, or untimeliness or unauthenticity of, the information contained within, or for any delay or interruption in the transmission thereof to the user, or for any claims or losses arising therefrom or occasioned thereby. None of the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages. 


Neither JobFinder nor its affiliates, information providers or content partners warrant or guarantee the timeliness, sequence, accuracy or completeness of this information. Additionally, there are no warranties as to the results obtained from the use of the information.


Collection of Information


Adhering to the relevant provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, JobFinder ensure information submitted will not be exposed to third party organization. With the following situation as exception:


1.   Information and personal data submitted by users are required to perform the following main functions in JobFinder 

I.       Submission of CVs and personal data by job seeker for job applications

II.    Submission of CVs and personal data by job seeker for potential search by employer

III. Submission of employer information, company related data and personal data for the disclosure in JobFinder as the use of introduction and provision of company background to job seeker.

IV.   Provision of JobFinder registration and login credentials (Including emails, Facebook Application Interface, Google Application Interface and Linkedin Application Interface), as to perform login through third party services. For personal data leak or any claim, liability and arrest related to information or data in the aforementioned login interfaces, JobFinder and JT Tech Limited does not have the responsibility on the data handling.



Limitation of liability


Our aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with or content therein is limited to one hundred dollars ($100.00) or the contract money minus the administrative cost. 


Neither JobFinder, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, partners, agents, attorneys, accountants, consultants, and advisors and its publishers or content providers nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering or content thereof shall be liable for any incidental, special, consequential or indirect damages resulting from your access to, or use of, or inability to use and its content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, and whether or not we know of the possibility of such damage.


The unlimited job posting term would be void if the job advertisement is classified as spam or for non-recruitment purposes which include but not limited to promotion of products / services, or containing violating, harassment or illegal content.


Spam job posting is strictly prohibited, we reserved the rights to suspend or remove the employer accounts which are obviously doing spam job postings. The following cases are for your references:


1. Spam posting case 1 - we normally treat the same job posted on the same job category in 3 days as spam post. For example, you post a "Financial Planner" on the category "Banking & Finance" on Monday; you could not repost on the same category before Thursday.


2. Spam posting case 2 - the job post must be relevant to the job category. For example, you could not post "Civil Engineer" position on "Insurance" job category.
